When will I get my order?
Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 2 to 6 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
What if I didn’t receive my order after 2-6 business days from the moment of getting the shipment notification?

Do you accept orders placed outside of the United States?
We sure do! However, we are not responsible for customs charges. Customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping cost. They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.
How can I see where my order is at the moment?

As soon as you get the number after a shipment confirmation, fill it in on our Track my Order page, and click on the Track button. Returns & Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

How do I place an order?

You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.
Can I purchase multiple products in a single order?
Yes! You can choose as many item(s) as you want, just click "Add to Cart" and go back to the product page you are interested in and click "Add to Cart" on that item as well before proceeding to "Check Out" to finalize your order.
Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?
Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process. Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.
Do I have to have an account to place an order?

What if I need to modify the contents of my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at email@example.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
